The Winter CSA Program provides four shares picked up monthly.  The Winter CSA Share price is $330.  Pick-ups will take place on farm on Saturday mornings between 9:00 – 11:00am.  You will receive items such as high-tunnel grown greens in each share as well as green and red cabbage, “forced” endive/radicchio, and sprouts.  We will have a diverse array of root crops, potatoes, onions, garlic and winter squash available.  The overall volume of produce is similar to a bi-weekly distribution from the Late Season CSA with around 1 – 2 bushels of mixed produce.  The price point is slightly higher given increased costs of storage and high tunnel production.
